Fall Quarter at Providence Christian Church: Growing Together in God’s Word

Another fall quarter is upon us, Providence Family—and we have an exciting season of worship, study, fellowship, and growth ahead!

Fall Quarter Sunday School Offerings

As we enter the final quarter of 2026, we invite you to make Sunday School and our midweek studies a meaningful part of your weekly rhythm. From our youngest members learning the great stories of Scripture to adults digging deeply into the riches of Reformed and Presbyterian theology, there is an opportunity for everyone to grow together in the knowledge and grace of our Lord.

Beginning Sunday, September 15 at 9:15 a.m.
Education Building & Fellowship Hall

Preschool | Ages 3–5

Education Building, Room 11

Our preschoolers will take a journey through the Old Testament, exploring God’s Word from Creation all the way to Daniel in the lions’ den.

Through the God Loves Me curriculum from CRC Publications, our youngest students will learn foundational truths about who God is, His love for His people, and His faithfulness throughout Scripture.

Teachers: Missy Worley & Talia Richards

Kindergarten–5th Grade

Education Building, Room 10

Our elementary students will be Investigating God’s Word as they study the Book of Joshua.

Through Joshua’s story, students will explore God’s faithfulness, His promises, and what it means to trust and obey Him as His people.

Teacher: Karen Loderhose

Middle School & High School | Grades 6–12

This fall, our middle and high school students will join the Adult Sunday School Class. We are excited for our students to participate alongside the adults as they engage with our Adult Education Curriculum.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our young people to grow in their understanding of Scripture and theology while learning alongside the broader church family.

Adults

Fellowship Hall

This fall, we continue Year 2 of our three-year Adult Sunday School Curriculum, designed to deepen our understanding of what it means to be Reformed and Presbyterian.

Led primarily by Pastors Lauder and Stonecipher, with assistance from other men in our congregation, this comprehensive study explores the rich theological heritage of our faith and helps us consider how biblical truth shapes the way we live as Christians.

This quarter, we will focus on two important areas:

Uses of the Law
What role does God’s law play in guiding the Christian life? Together, we will consider how God’s commands shape our understanding of holiness, obedience, ethics, and faithful living.

The Ten Commandments
We will take a deeper look at God’s moral law as a foundation for Christian faith and practice.

From the creation of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, God has called His people to live in a way that pleases Him. At Mount Sinai, God summarized His moral law in the Ten Commandments, written on tablets of stone.

This fall, we will explore how God’s moral law has not changed since the beginning of the world and why the Ten Commandments remain deeply relevant for believers today.

Bring your Bible and a notebook, and come ready to learn!

Midweek Opportunities for Bible Study & Fellowship

Sunday School isn’t the only opportunity to grow together this fall. We also have several midweek gatherings designed to encourage fellowship, discipleship, prayer, and deeper study of God’s Word.

We look forward to another wonderful season of learning, worshiping, and growing together!

A Fall Season of Growing Together

There is something special about beginning a new season together as a church family. As the year moves toward its final months, may we take the opportunity to slow down, open God’s Word, and intentionally invest in our faith and in one another.

Whether you’re three years old, a teenager, a parent, or a lifelong student of Scripture, there is a place for you at Providence Christian Church this fall.

Come join us as we learn, pray, fellowship, and grow together in the knowledge of our faithful God.

We look forward to seeing you this fall at Providence!
